G13 Project Room: Morphora

G13 Gallery proudly presents Morphora: On Change and Adaptability, the first solo exhibition by Luqman Ismail. The exhibition explores transformation through the ever-changing presence of clouds, reimagining them as forms of existence that are never fixed, yet always present. Constantly shifting between softness and density, clarity and obscurity, clouds become metaphors for human life itself, moving continuously between change and continuity.

Created through hydro masking on steel plates and canvas, Luqman’s works embrace unpredictability within the artistic process, allowing water, pigment and material to interact in ways that cannot be entirely controlled. Marking a significant development in the artist’s practice, Morphora: On Change and Adaptability invites viewers to reflect on adaptation not as the loss of identity, but as an ongoing process of transformation, resilience, and becoming.

Morphora: On Change and Adaptability runs from 4 to 18 July 2026 at G13 Gallery.
