G13 Gallery is proud to present “The Promised Garden” a solo exhibition by Najib Bamadhaj.

Najib Bamadhaj reflects on how beauty is shaped through time, patience and endurance. Inspired by his visit to Monet’s Garden in Giverny, France, the artist explores the idea that beauty is not something instantly achieved but something cultivated through vision, effort and faith.

The Promised Garden serves as both a tribute and a meditation. It honours Monet’s pursuit of beauty while affirming Najib’s own artistic journey, one defined by contemplation, discipline and trust in the creative process. Rather than directly depicting Giverny, Najib responds to it personally, translating the experience of witnessing cultivated beauty into a language of texture and transformation.

Using acrylic, bitumen, silver and gold leaf on jute, he creates surfaces that evoke both nature and renewal. His compositions reveal how the creative act mirrors the growth of life itself, layered, patient and enduring. This exhibition invites quiet reflection on creation as a meeting point between persistence and imagination, where beauty unfolds slowly, one layer at a time.

The Promised Garden” will run from 22 November to 6 December 2025 at G13 Gallery.
