Their stories are reflections of humanity’s complex relationship with urbanization, industrialization, and nature. Both painted sculptures invite viewers to compare the futuristic and heroic narratives of Ultraman as well as the the apocalyptic warnings of Godzilla with the realities of urban life like industrial growth, urban decay and ecological balance between these two characters.

This tension is reflected in the work’s dense, compressed form — heavy, tight, and almost burdened, presenting RUMAH KITA not as an idealized vision of home, but as a lived structure shaped by endurance, compromise, and resilience.
