Artist Statement

It is my rendition of the exhibition title “The Way of the Flesh”. Acrylic and collage in clear cast resin are used to produce series of images layered in a shifting narratives. I try to show a scene with fragments floating or shooting towards the viewer.

Works suggest a certain theme of tragedy or conflict. Derived from this qoute -“Pain is inevitable, suffering is optional”.
